Jeremy and I celebrated our 8 year Anniversary on Tuesday Nov. 10th, Jeremy and Jacob sent me 8 beautiful pink roses. We spent the evening by eating at Dairy Queen in Leon and taking Grandma our blazer for her to drive. Jeremy says we will go celebrate with no Jacob later on. I guess when you have kids you just get use to them going with you everywhere!! Jeremy is already trying plan something special for our 10 year. I told him he had better start now!

Papa Joe

Jeremy's dad passed away on Sunday September 20. It was a very big shock to all of us. Jacob loved papa Joe more than anything. He loved helping him on the 20, going to Dari Sweet to get cheeseballs or just playing hide n seek with him. Papa Joe did so many things for us that we didn't realize he did. He gave us a beautiful sign at the end of our driveway, always was bringing Jacob something. Joe spent Labor Day with us this year. He watched Jacob in the parade, the bike race and pulling the lawn mower. Joe visited with many of his old friends. There was not a person in Diagonal that didn't like Joe. He was always asking about the new baby and when we could find out what it was. Everytime he called Jeremy he always asked how Jacob and I were. Jeremy is going to miss his dad more than anything. Jeremy just wishes he could have done something to help him. It is going to be a hard adjustment for all!
